Thomas Fournier
« Graduated from the National School of Architecture of Paris-Belleville in 2014, Thomas Fournier began his career by collaborating with architects Pierre-Louis Faloci and Laura Gonzalez. Drawing on these initial experiences, he established his own agency in 2020, designing public and private spaces in France and abroad.
«I draw heavily from my origins; I come from an Italian family on my mother’s side and Polish on my father’s side. I love invoking memories a lot...»
In his Marais apartment, the bathroom is a reminiscence of his grandparents’ house. Creating based on memories and avoiding the effects of trends, giving birth to interiors with discreet elegance, where simplicity does not compromise the heightened sense of detail, best characterizes the work of this interior architect. Surprisingly, he is credited with a boutique offering facial and body care products with an unexpected opalescent atmosphere.
«If you pay attention, everything revolves around materials, their combination, and their duality...»
Indeed, objects, fabrics, piping, embroideries—everything in Thomas Fournier’s interiors contributes to creating an atmosphere that breaks away from the ordinary.
Personalized creations without being ostentatious, scenographically designed without being overly pronounced. Giving soul to projects, transforming them into living spaces without going overboard, is the artistry behind his elegant staging. »
